Rekha Rajan-Wilson leads and oversees the Compliance and Risk Management Department at Physician Partners of America. Since becoming a part of PPOA, she has provided a direct and personable approach to her career, and has become an asset to the team in whole.
Her responsibilities include ensuring compliance with laws, regulations and company policies, including chairing its enterprise-wide Compliance Committee and Quality Assurance Committee. She also takes on the responsibility of formulating and implementing PPOA’s and its affiliate’s policies and procedures as well as the code of conduct, and ensuring communication and training company wide. Throughout her time at Physician Partners of America, Rekha has implemented and maintained the compliance and risk management complaint reporting programs.
