David Wood

David Wood has been part of the company since its inception and has been instrumental in our strategy, development and growth.

An innovator and entrepreneur, he brings diverse skills and leadership abilities to the organization. He plays an integral part in physician aggregation, acquisitions and in shaping our business strategy and culture.

Wood was the previous president of a financial services firm and co-managed a hedge fund. Before that, he served as president and CEO of Woodco Partners, a company he founded that owned and operated manufacturing and construction companies. He was also an Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year finalist.

Wood earned his BBA in Marketing and Finance at the University of Iowa and his MBA in Finance from Wayne State University.

He is an active volunteer in the community, and enjoys an active outdoor lifestyle that includes fishing, diving and climbing one major mountain each year.  He most recently climbed Mount Kilimanjaro, Mount Rainier and Mount Everest Base Camp.
