Lili Fonseca

Lili Fonseca is our Vice President of Revenue Cycle, and is responsible for increasing revenue, decreasing insurance denials and lowering credits in all divisions of Physician Partners of America and its subsidiaries.

Lili joined PPOA in March 2018 as Director of Revenue Cycle for the clinic division. She was quickly promoted to Senior Director and given additional oversight of ambulatory surgery centers, the anesthesia and lab divisions. She assumed her current role in April 2019.

A native of Bogota, Colombia, and raised in Brooklyn, New York, Lili graduated from Wagner College with a Bachelor of Science, followed by a Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Life University in Marietta, Georgia. As a single mom, Lili has enjoyed the support of her family throughout her career and especially while raising her son, Thomas, who is a college student planning on a healthcare future.

She came to PPOA with a vast background in medical collections, billing and revenue cycle. Over the years, she served as an OB-GYN administrator for a physician practice at Maimonides Hospital in Brooklyn, NY, followed by more than 13 years at Surgery Partners managing revenue cycle for pain management clinics, anesthesia practices, and all phases of ambulatory surgery centers, including the legal division.

She is universally considered an extremely diligent worker at PPOA, who has shouldered every new responsibility and directive with devotion and enthusiasm. Through a hands-on leadership style, Lili has changed the overall culture within her team of 110 by improving communication and accountability, as well as streamlining workflows.
