Mary Priolo

Mary Priolo is the Managing Member of Priolo Associates, providing on-demand accounting and professional services and has been consulting for PPOA since March 2015 before joining the company as VP, Finance in September 2018. Mary’s recent work includes consultations around the accounting for business combinations in the medical, solar and mobile telecom industries as well as IFRS transitions in Europe and Japan.

Previously, Mary served as the Chief Financial Officer for Hire Partners, an emerging enterprise that provides capital, expertise and operational support to staffing, recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) and other human capital businesses.

Mary also operated as the Principal Accounting Officer of Danka Business Systems PLC from 2008 to late 2011. She originally joined Danka in 2004, holding various positions including Assistant Controller.

Earlier in her career, she was the Corporate Controller for Coast Dental Services, Inc. and the Assistant Controller of Digital Lightwave, Inc. Mary holds Bachelor of Science degrees in Accounting, Management and Human Resource Management from Florida State University and is a Certified Public Accountant in Florida (inactive).
